## Why this matters

Since 2024, EU airports have been gradually deploying new CT (Computed Tomography) scanners that allow passengers to carry liquids up to 2 liters in carry-on baggage. The rollout is inconsistent — some airports have fully upgraded, some partially (by terminal), and many have not upgraded at all. This creates genuine confusion for travelers. LiquidRules.com is the only dedicated resource tracking this transition across all European airports.

All airport statuses are manually verified against official airport websites and government aviation announcements. Each airport page links to its official source. Data is reviewed weekly. Last-updated dates are shown per airport.
